  7. £80 for a wrap was the better/cheaper route I went down. Protects the paint as well...

  9. True. Though I’m always worried about them scratching the tank (thinking what happens to my phone in its case). I just put the protectors on the extremities....

  17. I've seen Ron's bike (old bike) up close and the ali effect wrap is bloody impressive!
    Really nice touch where the wrap has been over lapped to give the impression of a seam...:cool:

  20. I was considering a wrap like Ron's above but hadn't seen the covers. Thinking about it now, I think I'd still have got a spare tank to strip and brush for the sake of being authentic given the price of the covers. I just hope I say the same after giving it over to the soda blasters...
