Looking for a good dealer to build a relationship with and get it serviced as I am looking to keep this bike for a while. I am based in Herts and was looking at either WM Snell or Motorapido what is anyones experience with these two Cheers Kwack
I have been a customer of Moto Rapido since 2004 before they became an authroised dealer. I have a good relationship with Craig, the parts manager who has a edict knowledge of almost everything Ducati and Phil the service manager who has a team of technicians who also work on the MR BSB race bike and their race own projects. They have looked after all my Ducatis which included an ST4s and a 748sp and now just my Multistrada 1200s and my companion's Diavel which we bought through their sales department. I am always made to feel welcome whether I buy anything or not and often pop down just for a run out and to say Hi and have a mug of coffee. There is a hard core of owners who come from miles around because of the service and who also ride out togehter to the local BSB rounds and Goodwood on a regular basis from the shop. Most of them are raving mad but a good crown none the less. I used to be a Snell's customer but MR provided better back up for riders with a track focus and I never found the need to go anywhere else. Andy
