Panigale Switched 'live' For Tomtom

  1. Hi, Anyone wired up a TomTom ? Is there an accessory connection anywhere or is it easier ( !) to go from the fuse block/battery ?

  2. I have an Optimate charge lead off the battery with an end plug that accepts a USB lead. Other end plugs in to my car satnav on a RAM mount from headstock hole. (In a waterproof case).

  3. That's a thought, trouble is the TomTom lead is just two bare wires. I know the tracker is wired into a live some where under the fairing/seat so was hoping to do something similar via a switched live.

  4. Does the TomTom lead not unplug from the unit? If so buy a TomTom to usb lead.

  6. I used the above method on my 959 for the Tomtom install, and it works a treat.
