Hi everyone does anyone know how to change the part 69812333A which is broken (it prevents removal of the pannier once locked on the bike) Any written instruction/video available ? Many thanks for your time.
Have you detached the upper part (pannier lock kit) with the handle from the main part (tub/'cover internal') of the pannier? I think there are internal screws in the inside upper part of the tub that hold the upper part in place.
I’m pretty sure @steveb123 posted a link with the parts and instructions on how to dismantle but I can’t find it I’m afraid
Not took it apart yet these are brand new but got a discount for this they work but I’m mindful if it goes altogether the part is about £11 to buy it’s number 14 on the parts diagram you have attached and number 6 on others I have seen (same part number added ) I will order one Tuesday just wondered if it was a difficult job I think the new part number is 69812333A

It’s the right hand fork in the mechanism it’s number 6 in the parts list has anyone had the pleasure of doing this do I need to completely strip it or I see two large black screws on the inside would it be as easy as removing this thx in advance
