Been watching the Paralympics this evening and I have to say these athletes are awesome! Respect is due! As an aside SWMBO and I are going to see the able bodied world championships in London in August too.

Ultimate respect for them, used to enjoy sitting and watching it before life got so hectic. Always find it most admirable how they get on in life regardless and as said above, have so much heart and dedication.
