Just signed the petition off the back of this article. Petition challenges Appeal of driver who caused teenage motorcyclist Nasty piece of work, IMHO.
Signed, only 2 years causing death by dangerous driving, and 4 years for perverting the course of justice! Wrong.
How many more times? The process of criminal sentencing, and of hearing appeals about sentencing, is not affected in the slightest by petitions one way or the other. Nor can it ever be. Whatever your opinions might be, signing dumb-ass petitions like this one will make no difference whatever to an individual case, and the people who so cynically start them up must know this very well.
