Hi I’ve seen one on the panigale section but not one here (I apologise if there is one and I’ve missed it) but how about a thread of our favourite pictures etc of our 748’s/9**’s.
Thanks rode her today for the first time as the wife needed some tablets getting from the chemist and thought I’d ride her since it’s about the only thing you can fit in a back pack! Add to the fact I had never ridden her before and all I can say is I’m smitten what an experience. (She does need new tyres though!)
the 748 is probably my favorite bike ever (dont tell my other ones that though!). ive not rode mine for over 3 years now and am gagging to! trouble is half of it is at various companies that are in lock down. cant find any really good pics to add but i will when shes finally back together. it will be mint again.
dont say that!!!!!!!! we will. we better! or heads will bounce dude!!!! i paid in advance for most of the work that im getting done, then they shut down. fortunately i have been assured by the companies with my parts that they can weather this storm and my parts are all stowed away safely...
I’ve had a quote to get the bits to put mine back to stock (bar the exhaust as that is staying) and it came in at around £300 then a respray and a shock rebuild and the wheels refurbished and she’s done apart from the left hand engine casing that needs resprayed she too will be better than new! and it doesn’t have to be a ‘good’ photo any photo is better than none #justsayin!
She looks lovely, everytime I see one with the white number board on the seat makes me want to have mine sprayed. Steve
