that using a 180/55 rear supercorsa on my panigale 959 had no effect on the traction control that I could tell at my intermediate pace on a recent trackday. I'd read different things about moving away from the oem 180/60 rear and couldn't find a definitive answer so thought I'd post if anyone else was wondering
I went from a 180/60 to 180/55 rear on my Monster, but only because 180/60s are so fecking hard to get!! Anyway like you said, it has made no difference in the handling what so ever.
