1200 DVT Power Supply - What Type Of Connector

  1. Can any one tell me what type of power connector is needed for the supply on the front of the 2015 bike (may be same on earlier bikes).
    It is thinner than a normal cigarette lighter.

    Also any idea where i can purchase a couple?

  2. I believe the DVT model has a USB socket on the dash. The other power outlets are Hella type.

  4. Not quite. The DVT has a Hella 12v socket on the dash, and under the seat it has a USB 5v socket plus a Hella 12v socket.

    That's a universal one, take the red bit off its a Hella type, leave it on its a ciggy type one

  8. Pete, yes it def works. You have to remove the red front section by pressing and slipping it off which converts it to ducati fit. I am using it for the wifes heated jacket.

  9. Well OK, I'll take your word for it. In which case the advert is hopelessly vague and uninformative.
