I was asked by one of my friends from work, Rob, to post and pass on his praise to Glen at Moto V in Colchester for the excellent service he provided for his beloved 749.. Rob like most of us adores his Ducati, however he's not into the www etc and doesn't even have an e mail address, hence he told me what he wanted to say as a way of thanks to Glen, and asked me to post his thoughts for him.. It was the first time he had met Glen, and he said straight away the enthusiasm Glen had for his Bike and the amazing knowledge together with his fantastic welcoming way had him feeling so comfortable and Completely confident that he had made the right decision in taking his bike to Moto V.. Glen gave Robs pride and joy a full service with all genuine Ducati parts, cam belt change included along with replacement Cush drives.. Rob said, having owned his bike for 7 years that it had never ran so sweetly as it does now.. The attention to detail provided by Glen was amazing.. Rob had in the past travelled to Main dealers for his servicing etc but pointed out that really he had never noticed any improvement in his bikes overall running etc until now! Also that he felt he really got value for his money with Glen, and at a very competitive rate too.. He says his 749 sounds better, smoother, more responsive and altogether a far nicer expieience to ride.. He also booked with Glen for his Mot in a few months time with a new rear tyre fitting as wel, as by then his will need replacing.. All in all he couldn't fault his experience at Moto V, he just said he wishes Glen had set up on his own years ago, but, better late than never.. Good things come to those who wait..
