Well I can confirm it does but requires modding the cover plate to fit more cleanly.
In total, to get it to fit as per pic took about 2.5-3 hours.
Basically cutting and filing the plate along with some re-bending.
Currently painting the plate black so more pics to follow.
    Hope it’s of interest.

  5. Nice !
can you post a pic from the rear of the bike please, in some of those above it looks like it points outwards, just wanted to see if it does or not :yum
Oh, and how loud is it :)

  6. Noise wise it’s little to no difference. Marginally louder would be fair I suppose.

    End on pic to follow.....

  7. End on pics.

    Tucks in tight like standard.

  9. Nice, looks really good :upyeah::cool:

  10. Nice! So, any older Multi muffler can also be fitted to a DVT model (as link pipe diameter and bracket are the same)?
Is it safe to assume that the opposite also applies (DVT end cans can also be fitted to previous models too)?

  11. 1st part first; Yes, that would seem to be the case, however, as you can see, you need to modify the cover plate.

    Re the 2nd part:

I would assume that the DVT Std end can could be fitted but to what extent you would need to modify the cover plate (std DVT) I cannot comment.... As of yet!

  12. That looks great , nice work.
I had the same on my none DVT it was pretty loud but I liked it.
How does it compare on the DVT sounds wise in comparison ?

  13. Noise wise, on tick over and subsequent enthusiastic revving!, levels seem very similar perhaps a little louder.
Not taken out yet as cover is now at powder coaters.

What I’m pleasantly surprised with is that I now have a slightly shorter and, for me, more aesthetically pleasing end can.
As I have two cover plates, it can be sold in the future and will fit DVT & pre DVT BIKES, possibly 1260 too.

    All round, a happy bunny.!
