Big thankyou to Peter and the other guys at Pro Twins for the great service they provide. I have no ties with this company other than as a very satisfied customer.
I have been going to pro twins with my ducati's for the last 10 years and have always found them to be a friendly and knowageable bunch of guy's and always willing to help at short notice if possible. Their prices have always been fair and if you have purchased bikes from them you always get discount on parts. I have never had a ducati breakdown on me, (I could just be lucky, but I'm sure it has partly to do with the bikes being regulary serviced and looked after by pete, Rob etc). I have nothing to do with them as a company just a happy customer. AC
Workshop guys great .... Rob is often on trackdays etc that we are on and always very helpful ... Wouldn't spend a penny there though after being treated like a leper by Brett ..... never known customer service (or lack of) like it in my life ... Made a vow that they would never see a penny of my money, ever, and have stuck to that.
I bought my SF last year from Pro Twins.I came to a deal with Brett and got the first service free as part of the deal. He always speaks to me when I visit whether I am spending money or not.Always a good rapport with the guys in the workshop. Once again,I have no ties with this company apart from being a customer who has always been treated well.
