Ok so I bought my Monster recently without realising she had a full Termi and ECU flash (long but happy story). Anyway, I love loud exhausts. However even with decent ear plugs in I'm getting bad tinnitus again. Basically my question is, any suggestions on how to quieten her a tad? Or am I going to have to remove the whole system, get her flashed back to standard, and then get slip ons as the only realistic option? Have no idea why it's stressing me out other than the ringing in my ears
The full system came supplied with removable baffles which quieten the exhaust significantly. My girlfriend’s Monster 937 is fine with them in. I’m not sure if the baffles are available separately but your local dealer is the person to ask. You never know, the seller may still have them in a box somewhere, worth asking. Andy
@feliner22, just checked and the db killers are available as a spare part but they are not cheap retailing at about £96 each. Andy
