I still don't really know what I think about 3 of the rounds still being in Spain. I understand that the Spanish have more good riders than anyone else, and probably the most enthusiastic audience and that Dorna is Spanish. But equally, there are a lot of countries in the world and a lot of interesting places they could all go. You'd have thought that China would be one, and why not India or Russia? No Scandinavia, no South Africa, nothing at all in South America. Do none of these countries have a decent track? That's quite a lot of laurel resting. Is this a world series or a Spanish national championship with some guest stars from other countries? There should be a Greek round. Save the Euro.
South America gets one, as does the Southern US

14 April TBC TBC (Argentina)

21 April TBC TBC (Austin, Texas)

Oh well, that's South America "covered" at least. And now 3 in the US... But then previously there were none in the US for some years, so maybe they are playing catch up. MAybe helps to explain why Ducati gave Spies a seat. At least the two TBCs aren't more Spanish and Italian rounds.
Oh goody, 3 rounds in the US of A, the land of bland circuits and even blander racing! Yawn. Argentina may be fun....wonder if it will be like Total Wipeout and the Hamster Hammond on the commentary team?
You're right. It's even worse than I thought. Do the Spanish have enough cash now to come to MotoGP? I thought they were all unemployed.
Well, there were 2. Then they made the "European GP" in Spain. That made 3. Now there are 4. So they are definitely working on the project. Perhaps 5 in 2014?
Most of Spain doesn't want to be part of Spain, which is why Madrid is bang in the middle of a desert. It was to unite it. Galicians, Basques, Catalans, Andalucians - half of them prefer their own languages and culture.
