I know. God knows how he managed to fit it all in, what with the drawin', the sculptin', the inventin' and the appearin' in Titanic as well.
Apparently a patent application by Honda from back in 2015. Not intended for motorcycle use though; possibly for generator or jet-ski use depending on which articles you read. No idea if it's seen the light of day.

It's an evolution of the offset cylinder principle. Honda like their complicated engineering, see the CX500 as an example. The connecting rod off the crank on the left keeps the connecting rod to the right over on that side. Theoretically making the combustion stroke more efficient. That's the way I see it. Push rod engine though, not designed for high revs.
