Hi all, Can anyone recommend a torque wrench capable of the 230nb that is required on the rear wheel nut of the Diavel that doesn't costs an arm and a leg. Cheers Paulo61
I got one of these for my big nuts: https://www.tool-net.co.uk/p-357176...xVFVWhZWex7fdJ5k2ifcgay_oOz6ny_h8gRoCfFrw_wcB
Good luck dialing in that much torque when fitting the wheel! I need somebody sitting on my bike, otherwise the tyre just spins.
I use the Halfords pro range torque wrench for on and have done for a few years now. I just bought the Makita http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/112287410488?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT for off.
Good kit but dewalt body only is considerably cheaper. Horses for courses though, they all do the job and have huge breakaway torque
I already have a good range of 18v Makita power tools though so had the batteries and charger already........plus my business bought it as I need one for renovating houses.
