Rear Wheel Nut Torque On Diavel

  1. Hi all,
    Can anyone recommend a torque wrench capable of the 230nb that is required on the rear wheel nut of the Diavel that doesn't costs an arm and a leg.

  4. Good luck dialing in that much torque when fitting the wheel! I need somebody sitting on my bike, otherwise the tyre just spins.
     
  5. 1st gear with a weight or ratchet strap on the rear brake should work
     
  6. DP/FG Gubbelini stands have a bar that slots in to prevent wheel rotating.

  10. I use an electric hammer wrench. Clarkes. £50 sobs or so.

  11. Only for removal... Not good for accurate installation torqueing.

  16. I already have a good range of 18v Makita power tools though so had the batteries and charger already........plus my business bought it as I need one for renovating houses. ;)
