Red 899 At Gt's

  1. A very happy looking chap picking up his brand new red 899 on Saturday at GT motorcycles, any one from here?

  4. They had a black stealth 1199 'S' brand new for under £19K, if the 1299 test ride doesn't feel leaps ahead off my 1199 base, then I could be tempted to go black :)

    You know the 1299S can shift up n down without the clutch and there are buttons on the left bar so you don't even have to use the shift lever just the buttons :)

I was told this by the man on the Ducati stand at NEC, I posted that on here on some thread discussing the 1299 and got basically told I was talking shite, but guess what I am right it does have, I saw one close up Sunday on the left clip on it has two buttons one saying up and the other saying down and NO its not the menu buttons.

  10. Doubt I can afford the 1299S, but at least the base model gets the blipper at least :)

  12. If that's the case why did the fucking twat of a salesman at the NEC on the Ducati stand tell me it was for quick shifting through the gears.
