who kindly flashed me out at the junction as I was turning right..cheers bud! I was in the blue VW van btw
That was me. I always let cars/vans out. then there is no doubt which way they are going. I wonder if it was you I saw a week or so ago turn into Chawston at the Roxton Garden centre.
Ha! I said to my missus I wondered if that was you... You might have seen me at Roxton, the roads are so quiet round that way I don't mind an occasional bumpy blast Was on the 750SS Sunday afternoon, managed to clock 50 miles round the lanes where I saw you,bet I didn't see more than a dozen other vehicles.. I'll be looking out for you from now on..
I normally have three routes I like to run. Red ST2 with or without panniers. Roxton to Barford to Old Warden to Shefford to Royston and then Duxford. Roxton to ST Neots to Papworth to ST Ives to Warboys (then sometimes on to Webbs at Eye(Peterborough to sit and eat butties and look at all the bikers bikes)But i usualy get lost out in the Fens. Or run up the A1 to left down the red route of the B645 to Kimbolton, round Grafham Water, Spaldwick then back down to Keysoe, Renhold and Barford. Which is more round your way. Ill keep an eye out for you to. If you want to go for a ride let me know Im sure we can find somewhere to go.
oo-er missus....not sure what you Spanish bikers get up to,but us rufty-tufty old greasers don't go in for any of that holding hands and matching handbags...
Theres loads of good roads round this manor. We're spoilt for choice tbh. I quite often do Barford -Kimbolton-Catworth,(the Bedford end is a bit buggered since some twat magazine writer mentioned it as one of Britains Best Biking Roads). We'll have to meet up,have a bimble round
L_650, my bike is now on the lift and in bits, waiting for my new cambelts to turn up, flippin couriers Im on my Fazer now so can still get out some time if you like. Hope to get it all done and buttoned up by Sunday if those belts ever turn up.:frown:
Righty-o,will see whats occurring Sunday maybe?.I'm tied up work-wise Saturday. Be on the 750SS whatever happens,so you'll just have to wait for me when I get left behind. I've left the ST2 down the yard while I try to sort my garage out
No need to wait, im no speed freak. I like to enjoy a safe ride. Those lanes have just about every obstacle on them, mud, horses, lorries, friggin chickens in Bagwry.
L650, Duc is back on the road, but im off to Santa Pod on Sunday. And ill take the Fazer as its not a bike event.
