Hi all, i've picked up a nasty stone chip on the nose cone. it's only about 1mm across but the white primer is showing so it's really obvious. I looked on RS Paints website and it mentioned three items i needed which has confused me. A base, a red then a lacquer. i thought because we don't have a clear coat we only needed 2 layers, can someone point me in the right direction or educate me at least on the best way forward? Mine's a 65 plate too which makes the year selection odd. Thanks
I got a touch up pot made up at Rotherham Refinising Supplies http://www.rotherhamrefinishing.co.uk/ only cost me a fiver, no base coat or clear coat just the red top coat.
