  1. Picking up bike tomorrow, cant wait but I really want to remove those reflectors.. are they just stuck on with adhesive.. so a bit of heat and some WD40 should see them off?

Just checking if people have removed them.. just looks a bit naff!

  2. Yep just stick on, I just prized them off then cleaned the glue off with bit of wd-40 etc

  3. Great, that will be the first little project!

  4. I've not bothered. They don't offend me.

  5. Fair enough but to me it looks very American market - they have reflectors on reflectors! and takes away the nice lines of the stanchions!!

  6. Popped mine off with some gentle heat, took most of the adhesive with it. I too think they look ugly.

  7. Mine pulled straight off and didnt leave any residue at all. I suspect the glue used is intended to ease removal!

  8. I've heard a bit of floss or fishing line, has them off with zero fuss.

  9. They pull off no problem and don't leave any crap behind. First thing i did when I got the bike Home

As jolley said they're intended to come off easily

  10. i too took off all the extra unsightly bits, reflectors plus all the stickers on the frame and swing arm. mine was also data tagged, luckily they hid away the awful anti tamper master decal and fitted a regular one that could be removed in plain sight!!

  11. My data tag sticker fell off after a couple of washes

The swing arm sticker is under my seat cowl
