Replacement Carbon Exhaust Tube

The carbon on my Sil Moto exhaust cans is starting to look a bit tired, does anyone know where I might get some replacement carbon oval tube? Have tried emailing Sil Moto direct but no response (do any suppliers bother to respond these days!).
