Hello all, Just thought I would mention another place to get your Ducati serviced. I have used REPS for the last 2 services last year a full service including belts and last week for the minor service.All Ducati parts are used and Royston is Ducati trained.They also have a Dyno tune and did mine for the Power commander last year too.Very friendly service and they dont mind you staying and watching what they do and you get free cups of tea to keep you going.Plenty of advice is given free of charge and they wont rip you off, if its not needed they tell you but if you want it they still will. Its nice to go to a place where they value the customer. They have fixed price servicing so you know what your paying up front and its a lot cheaper that a main dealer. I've used them many years ago when working in that area. Took my zx6 in for a new set of tyres dropped the bike off and when I went to pick it up they had fully cleaned the whole bike at no extra cost....recommended them to anyone in the area
My 748r is going into REPS tomorrow for belts & a service, not looking forward to the train ride home tho! I have to leave it there as they are full tomorrow but its only day I can get it too them! Look forward to commenting on the service I receive.
so I've been this morning to pick my 748r up after belts & a service! Got to say the guys at REPS where great! Dropped bike off to them on Wednesday as I was going back to work on Thursday, I had already looked at train times for my return trip home and thought I would have to hang around for over a hour at the train station, however FairPlay to the boys there they told me I was wrong with regards to train times and that they'll look on the net for the correct times, there was a train to Cardiff central in the next 10mins so they then offered to drive me to station! Which saved me an approx mile walk. They also looked after my helmet to save me carrying it home. I called on Friday and Roy told me it was all done, then when I picked it up he gave me the old belts and a damaged breather pipe that they had noticed and changed! All in all I can't recommend REPS enough to anyone with a Ducati, or any other bike for that matter! Big Thanks to Roy & the team at REPS really good honest guys!! Who also know their stuff P.s the prices are also great I won't say here what I payed for a service & belts but put it this way, I wouldn't even consider going to a main dealer and paying the crazy prices they demand!! As the service at REPS is easily as good or even better!!!
As I have said a few times you get excellent service from REPs. And thet know how to look after a customer unlike some. I can highly recommend them for all your Ducati needs.
My MTS is having its 3rd annual service at Riders this week. After that it will be done at REPs. The only reason it's in where it is, is so the clocks can be changed under warranty.
Fantastic service from Royston and Rhys. Nothing too much trouble lots of advice and adjusted my suspension for me no extra cost. Will be back next year
Taking mine to Reps early in 2015 for belts etc... Recommended by a mate who is big into racing says he wouldn't take his bike anywhere else. Spoke to Roy about the belts over the phone and have to say he filled me with confidence. It's great to read other people's experience on top of this - It's all a massive reassurance to hear of others having such a great experience with the guys at REPS. Pricing is far far more realistic than proper Ducati dealerships too!
