Just looking to tinker a bit more and want to remove the right hand switchgear to make sure all is well in there. I've removed the tiny torx screw underneath and the plastic feels loose but won't budge. The manual mentions a tool but is it really needed to remove the switchgear? tia
If it's the same as the left side, you just need to release a plastic locating peg which clips into the underside of the handlebar between the switch and bar, there is a groove in the plastic switch housing, you just need a flat blade of sorts that that will slide in and push the peg out of the bar, don't think you even need to dismantle the switch itself.
