  1. Great programme on BBC about him. Reminded me of my youth . Madness, alexei sayall, squeeze, Alan B'stard and bottom. If I had to show my son a comedian that defined my youth he would. Hating Maggie despising Tories. Was there a better hero than flash man . Great comedian .
    So what comedian defines you and why?

  10. A shame someone so many people thought highly of, died so young.

    Not my cup of tea though.

    I prefer Frankie Boyle, Jimmy Carr, early Billy Connolly.

  12. Massive mayall and edmonson fan. Happily watch Bottom reruns over and over, although Young Ones was of its day and doesnt timetravel too well, nor does Comic Strip although some are still quality (the thug)

  20. I don't think I could say any one comedian is the best...to name a few I like....

    Sam kinnison
    Rodney Dangerfield
    Laurel & hardy
    Marx brothers
    Edgar Kennedy

    But then I see the funny side of most things....have been told off in meetings before when stuff goes wrong in our department ( IT ) I just fucking laugh....
