Running A Bike As A Company Vehicle.

  3. You don't have to. You can choose any percentage of company/private use you feel fit.

  4. 20% BIK then applies. Plus 20% of running costs iirc
     
  5. Agreed but if you run a limited company that is vat registered there are still good benefits to be had. As I originally said it might be of interest to some.

  6. I claim for my mileage on my personal bike. I’m allowed to claim the car rate though, which I believe more accurately and fairly recompenses me for tyres and servicing.

    The motorcycle rate of 24p per mile is too low, especially when bloody bicycles get 20p. Anyone know the cost of a valve and oil service on a bicycle? :thinkingface:
