I find the Multi seat ok for long days in the saddle but my wife is rather slim and finds the pillion seat a pain . Does anyone have any knowledge of these http://www.sargentcycle.co.uk/acata...istrada-1200-2010-to-2014-rear-seat-only.html ? Or is the Airhawk strap-on still the preferred option? Thanks for your help - and no doubt "witty" but unhelpful comments.
I thought there was a DP comfort seat for the pillion. Nowt wrong with Airhawk so much so R&G have started marketing a clone. Andy
The airhawk works ok but looks peculair/temporary. There are enough good seat recoverers that for the same money could probably make the pillion to your other halfs needs Digger is a good one http://www.diggerseats.co.uk/Home.html Melboy http://www.motorbike-seats.co.uk/page2.html Elsemade http://www.elsemade.com/ Just as a few
You could always get the seat re-foamed to suit, theses two companies are good and maybe more local to you - http://www.sussexmotorcycles.com/elite-comfort-motorcycle-seats.html and http://www.viking-motorcycle-seats.co.uk/ I know riders who have used both and are very happy with the outcome.

I have fitted these seat covers. Expensive but nice. Gel pads in them. Its a complete removal of old seat covers & then stapling these new ones on. Very comfortable.
