Silverstone Resurfaced

Given the higher corner speeds made possible by the new F1 tyres, the surface is going to ripple nicely. Andy

That only eventually becomes a problem if they race on very hot days

 

Was down there for a seminar yesterday and saw the resurfacing vehicles all lining up to get on to the track about 0730. it seemed there was still parts open for trackday stuff that was going on. Let's hope they do a better job of resurfacing the track than they seem to do for most British roads.

 

What was their best lap-time?

 

better than mine - the roller even got a better lean angle than me, the bastards!
