What an absolute shit show the ticket process for Silverstone is. Bought tickets in October as soon as they were released, but the stupid app still is saying tickets not active, but had an email a few weeks ago saying they were. Would be helpful if the piece of crap worked by tomorrow. Any advice gratefully received to save me falling out with somebody when I arrive tomorrow. Cheers
Sorry can’t help with the app I’m intending on paying on the gate Sunday assuming that’s still a thing….
The tickets go “live” on the app overnight on the night before entry. Same process as many sporting venues nowadays.
We went yesterday,no pay on the gate,couldn’t download the app,went to @customer corner”where a nice young man set the app up and sorted tickets for me
Thanks for the replies, as Jack says they go live over night, I'm sure I'm not the only that got a little stressed, it could be a bit clearer. All worked fine, back home now. If you go as a couple make sure the second ticket is transferred so if they go for a wee, they can get back into the grandstand
