Is there a sleeve available to convert the older 35mm ish SS stem to the new larger 50mm ish stem, cant find anything anywhere and I don't know who made my stand so cant go that route and ask the manufacturer.
Buy a 50mm bar of nylon from ebay, bore a 25mm hole in middle and turn it down to 41mm. Job done. Above sizes are approximate as cannot remember exactly. 25.5mm or summit and 41.5 ,mebbe. Someone will confirm. I have done this.
