So I Fitted An Sc Project Full System

  1. So I finally got around to fitting the SC Project full system on my 1100 SP yesterday. The twin Termis and the original cat were removed in a bid to liberate some ponies and pare some excess baggage. Upon firing up the beast I was literally shocked at the bark that emitted from the single can, particularly as it resonated off my garage walls: lovely!
Test riding the bike, Post install, 3 things struck me: 1 the torque had noticeably increased with noticeably better throttle response.
2 The bike feels lighter through the twisties.
3 Even though I haven't touched the fuelling in any way yet (still the Termi ecu), the bike has much better fuelling at lower revs. No bucking and jerking when cruising at light throttle and lower revs. Hell, it even didn't complain at 2,500 rpm in top! Usually that would have resulted in a bone-shaking experience. So what's gone here? I expected the bike to run worse at lower rpm, at least until I get it remapped!

  2. Will do shortly

  3. Better otherwise youre lying your arse off!!! :)

Oh yeah - we need bins also....gotta get the wheelie bins in the background.

Ignore the Termi sticker... a temporary measure until my metal SC badge turns up ;)

  8. That looks much better!

  9. Cheers. I'm not a great fan of the "lined up with seat look." I fitted up a single Termi race system and just didn't like the look. Big gaps everywhere just didn't suit my palate. I almost cut the Termi system to pieces and was going to tig-weld it all back together for a custom look, but then realised I could probably sell the full Termi system for more than the 600 quid I paid for the brand new full SC system. Different strokes for different folks and all that ;)

  10. I tweeked the rear suspension up a tad and re-jigged the silencer angle. Pleased with the outcome
