I was wondering of anyone else has had this issue. When I first got my 1299, there was a starting issue. It went back to the dealer, and it started fine every day for a week. I got it back, and had the same problem, unless I moved the bike to the end of my drive. My solar panel inverter is above the garage I was keeping the bike in, and since moving the bike to a garage on the other side of the house, there's been no starting issues.
there was something back in the day where radio masts ect where interfering with car imobalisers. so, you never know.
Fucking hell, all sounds a bit witchcraft…. Seriously though, you get some weird shit going on with electrickery. I sometimes work with control systems and electrical ‘noise’ can play havoc with electronic systems. Particularly where grounding or shielding is concerned.
