That BST swingarm is a good price and not that much more than the older magnesium swingarms for 996 bikes.

So you could buy a used 1098s/1198s and stick a BST swingarm and wheels on it and still be well under the price of a used 1098r.Id be more tempted by the s model with BST kit for me personally due to the running costs of the R model.

 

buy now pay a year later...................perhaps it will never come.....

 

Saw the arm about three years ago, its still on my want list, tbh I have done modding my bikes for now, kind of come to an end-ish but you never know...lol

Never say never Arthur, I'm very tempted to add one to the BST wheels.
