  1. It doesn't surprise me what some Hunts get up to in order to perpetuate their abominable activities

If found guilty, may they be given exemplary sentences intended to deter others.:astonished:

  2. Well said.

Will it help... Probably not. Some bastards are just born nasty.

I know we all mock the hippie, eco warrior types but I really admire the guys and girls that chase and disprupt the hunts.

  7. PS, it's OK as she was posh (or looked it) and it's OK to discriminate people on their upbringing as long as it was "privileged".

  14. More BBC reporting in line with their political bias.
Don’t see any BBC reporting on the cruelty created by the halal meat industry.

  15. Where I live in Devon hunting is very well supported and very little protesting. What boils my piss is the destruction of our local bridleways which they hammer down at speed all winter and rut it to death and make it unrideable on an mtb. Not that they are very good at it. I think my local hunt got 1 fox last year and that was probably blind and 3 legged with bad hearing.

We lost birds to foxes, a good loud dog that smells does the trick. Once I got a lab we never had a fox issue again. In fact none of my neighbours who were all farmers had ever mentioned a fox issue yet the hunt went across their land. Badgers get mentioned all the time. The protesters should be more worried about badgers which are being killed in huge numbers here because of TB worries. Usually in an unofficial way and then dumped on the road to look like road kill. I passed 3 in a 100 mtr stretch of road a few weeks back which all appeared on the same night. All obviously ran in front of the same car ? NOT

  16. Err, why would badger killers lay said badgers by the side of the road? Surely they would just lob them down a pre dug (by farmer) hole....

As for the hunt protestors- they're generally anti toff and tend to lose focus on what they're actually getting hysterical about. It's the toffs they hate, not the prospect of a fox getting torn apart. I think fox hunting (where the fox gets it) was outlawed 10 years ago. They usually send out scented runners (humans) that don't get torn apart.... phew!

  20. Here's an account by a fox hunter protester to give balance to your claim.

Its interesting as to why the trail hunts crash across roads, railway lines and peoples property - this is either deliberate (caused the human trail maker?) or actually because the hunt is following dogs specifically trained to hunt foxes? (often using fox urine).

No mention of the protesters hating the "Toffs", rather that it is only "Toffs" that Fox hunt. Polls suggest over 80% of the public object.

Still the Fox may have had the last laugh, as some say it significantly damaged May in her abortive attempt at a landslide...
