  1. Persistent little buggers aren't they. I must get at least 20 applications from fake email generator sites a day.

    If any potential spammers are reading this can I suggest you go feck yourselves. Politely of course :)

  13. its at the meter (3phase) but not wired in about 50ft 70ft maybe more brick wall, double apex maybe 30ft at the apex

  14. Would it be fair to say it is not well insulated?
    Does it have cavity wall insulation and how well insulated is the roof?

    But I'd spend £10k on insulation then less on your heating solution.
