John, rear footpegs are held on with allen screws not studs. Ring Craig at Moto Rapido for next day delivery 01962 873981, part number is 771.5.723.2B and they are M8 x 1.25, should have a dot of Loctite on the thread and torque to 24Nm. Often Ducati oem fasteners are as cheap as pattern ones. For the under seat cowl not sure what bit you mean but a parts book direct from http://www.ducati.com/ducati_genuine_parts.do is a start and ebay or a wanted add on here are always useful.
