The tank on my 1999 ST4 is leaking and I'm looking for another one - does anyone know if ST2 and ST4 tanks are the same? Hopefully the bay of E will throw up some options...
use a sealer to seal the leak..ive done it to two tanks now and got great results...its like having a tank within a tank.i use the marine stuff from Frosts
Probably too rusty for that already... Temporary repair made with two-part epoxy... Replacement tank being picked up tomorrow...
Mark - How do you get on with the tank sealer being affected by the ethanol in petrol? Have you had the sealer in the tank for long? I have heard bad things about ethanol eating into the sealer...
