Hi all. I am looking at building an engine up but I am trying to establish the differences in the engines (apart from the number of valves). Can I use an S2 bottom end (crank and gearbox) and mount it up to an ST4 barrel, pistons, and heads? I have a feeling this may be a really stupid question as I cannot find anything similar on searches. Cheers everyone.
Dunno, but since the ST4 makes more power, I would be surprised if the crank and gearing are exactly the same. Anyway, you can check withe link provided above. Thanks Julian, I've bookmarked the link........
