Although I do LOVE my Stealth black 848 SF, i have fancy the red paint work, so Just fishing for now, but would anyone in the UK who has a Red 848 Consider swapping body panels with a Stealth Black version. Ie I would end up with Red bike black frame, you would end up with a Black Bike with Red Frame which I think looks awesome (this is the combo I'd actually like but after speaking to sprayers it seems the strip down to powder coat the frame red would cost a FORTUNE) Id' love the Matt Black with Red frame and Red decals.......but I would also be happy with the red tail section, tank, light shroud and Rad Shroud.....if anyone else has thought about the combo and fancy it then hit me up, all my bodywork is mint I just need to see someone photoshop the two to give us an idea of what it would actually look like? Beauty is its totally free for both parties and could work really well.
I think it looks pretty bad a$$ just the way it is. Can you pick up a set of red fairings, that way you could swap and change Left of the field, Its colour will be listed on its V5 so changing may cause a headache further down the line
I just love the red, the black is moody but i guess I just fancy a more in your face traditional paint job. Don't get me wrong the Matt black looks awesome but I would prefer more red. I did just want the frame painting but everyone keeps saying it's a horrific job and can't be done unless it's stripped. Ultimately I'd love a red frame black bike.
