Does anyone know what type glue is used to glue down the SPS plaque, age and enthusastic cleaning has dislodged it
I would've thought a basic glue stick should do the job. Just leave a weight on it over night and it'll never come off.
you would have thought that wouldn't you. I tried some glue I had which I used for sticking metal together. After one run I happened to brush against the plaque and it fell off, that was too close to call
Araldite should work. Or easy composites sell structural adhesives for about a tenner if you want to be sure it stays on. I use these and doubt you could weld it on stronger.
