Street Fighter 1098s Vs Aprila Turno Aprc

  1. Anyone ridden the Aprila Turno APRC ?? what do you fink compared to the Streetfighter ??

  2. I've not ridden the Streetfighter but the Tuono V4 is like a ballistic missile with handlebars...

  3. Tuono aprc is feels much faster IMO and has far better electronics.

I'd probably say not as good looking but you can tart the v4 up a bit amd still make it look good

I reckon the tuono handles better as well, the SF feels lazier on tip in but the SF seat is far comfier (tuono made from granit)

You get better miles per tank from the SF, if the v4 is a non abs (2011-2013) then you'll have the smaller tank and get 80-90miles, larger tank probably 110-120 ish I reckon.

  4. Agree with everything you say took one out on a demo and was very impressed thinking about changing !!

  5. I swapped my 1098SF for a new 2014 Tuono V4R. To ride its a much better machine, the engine is nuts and sounds a treat. The electronics work really well and the whole package is a well sorted super naked. It feels much sharper to get into a corner and holds a line better than the SF. The fuelling is much better than the big SF!

However it's not as pretty and doesn't instil the same pride of ownership.

The SF is getting a little dated in the current crop of super nakeds. Hopefully Ducati will do something about that soon.

  6. My v4 will possibly be up for sale shortly.
If anyone's interested, pm me and will give you all the details.
