I have a SF V2 incoming in a couple of months, so naturally I'm planning mods. One thing that stood out when I first saw the new SF V2 is the radiator cap. It's bare metal, which stands out amongst the red paint, black plastic, and brushed chrome radiator side guards. I think it looks unsightly, and is easily accessible, so it might even catch bad persons's eye, and tempt them to remove it and toss it away out of malice - stranger things have happened, and I don't seem to get much luck like that. Anyway, for the above reasons, I'd like to either find some way to make it black, or to replace it with a high quality black alternative. Does anyone have thoughts on how to best achieve this?
Drill a small hole in the lip of the thumb flange and lock wire it in the shut position, it will stop any little scrotes just swiping it for badness
