R.I.P,Pete turned Up the volume in the Nightclubs in more ways than one.....just waiting for the alleged sexual assault charges now that he's gone
Seemed a top man RIP His son was a racing driver I believe, I met him at oulton or cadwell years ago, I'd heard on the tannoy peter stringfellows lad was driving the pace car, anyway for some bizarre reason I was wearing a Leeds united scarf or shirt and this lad came up to me asking if I knew how Leeds were getting on or got on...as I presume they had played that day..anyway whilst chatting he mentioned he was driving the car...sooo I said are you, to which he looked to the sky and said embarrassingly yes....he was his son and yes he is a Leeds fan
An ex Air Force mate and myself went in the very early 90's and bizarre as it is, Anne Diamond and Wincie Willis were in there Yep, thats how rock'n'roll us RAF lads were !! RIP Bloke.
I must have tried loads of times but could never get in! I was obviously too handsome. Or too pissed. One of the two anyway...
Ah, Wincey Willis. I could never pronounce her name without hunching my shoulders and closing my eyes. True story.
