Surrey could soon have a designated site for dogging amid concerns that the county's beauty spots are being ruined by adults engaging in outdoor 'fun'. Amorous detritus left at beauty spots that are used by those pursuing pleasures of the flesh al fresco have prompted Surrey County Council to find an official location for the practice. In a forward-thinking move, the council, in conjunction with Surrey Police and the Federation of Adventurous Leisure Sites and Excursions, has concluded that it can't prevent dogging from happening so it may as well make it as safe as possible. A disused brownfield site will be developed to create a walled garden where adults can meet and 'play' out of sight of others.
I thought the whole of Surrey was already one. Mind you, it wouldn't happen in Suffolk - too many nosy people.
