Not really had a problem with suspension as standard, just wondered if anyone had theirs set up for their size etc and noticed a big difference.
Yes i did with mine. I'm about 5ft 4ins and weigh 10 and a half stone. The back end in particular was a real problem until i took it to JHP and had it set up for me. They changed the shock for a longer one, which gave me more sag, which then meant it could be run softer, which now means i'm not catapulted in the air everytime the bike goes over a ripple in the road lol.
Probably going to have it set up soon.general opinions seem to suggest it's worth it .like your pictures in gallery by the way.have the front number board the same but unsure about the back on mine.(black bike)
Those pics are a bit old now. Got termis and a bit more carbon on board now. But i must admit, i took the back parts off, i never liked them either. The front boards i have left on though. I ride with a group of guys normally, and we ride quite close together. The front boards defo save a lot of damage to the fairing, and to be quite honest, they add a bit to the look of the bike. The back ones though do look naff, don't go there lol.
Ask Rod, somewhere on here or Rich at Luigimoto, they set up Rod's 1098 Tric with some interesting additions to the rear shock that transformed the bike.
