Operation ‘Francesca’ is well underway and her new engine gets put back in the frame next week. Amongst the seemly endless tasks and spends left to do, I’m looking to replace the almost opaque dark smoke screen that seemed a good idea several years ago. It sits very low and offers no real bubble to get behind. I’m looking for a screen that is fairly tall, similar to what most riders at the IOM TT use, in either clear or light smoke. Does anyone have any recommendations, or better still one they are looking to sell? BTW, I couldn’t resist including a picture of the engine that Louigi Moto have worked their magic on, she’s going to go like the clappers!! Thanks in advance Deaks
Never understood why skidmarx don't bother to photograph and upload pictures of the actual screens, rather than a crap generic pic.
So the screen I have is only 170mm tall measuring from the rear most mounting hole centers. It would be really helpful if manufacturers would give this dimension in their product description!! Totally agree that skidmarx really should have actual pictures rather than one picture for every single screen they sell. Deaks
I have one of these F.Fabbri ones on my 749... http://www.rawpowermotorcycles.co.u...ouble-bubble-screen-order-no-d044-c2x19792545
