  1. Full page ad in Practical Performance Bikes for Tank Chip fuel additive, one of those ads written as thought it's an article that usually carries the words 'Advertisement Feature' so as not to confuse - but this one doesn't have it. One time fitment in your tank - improves performance and makes your bike faster for life, with the one application. Works on any bike, any age, 2 stroke or 4 stroke.
    Only £27.75,

Mmmm Witch Craft...……….. :eyes: or :poop: anyone Dyno'd before and after yet

  2. It is great that life is so simple - or bike manufacturers are so stupid. All that pissing millions away on R & D when they could sort the whole thing out for £27.75!

  3. Do you think this is Marc Márquez special brew?

  4. I find it strange that a national mag would allow it to be advertised without testing it themselves

  5. Would make an interesting test as well. They could bust the myth or provide a good tip.....BUT are we afraid to upset our paymasters?

  17. So it's doing the rounds again is it? 1st saw this under another name in the late '80s. For bikes, lawnmowers and the like it was 3 "buttons" of a special tin alloy in a small cage, for cars and other larger vehicles it was a steel tube with fittings either end to allow placement into the fuel line.

  19. this works. follow the instructions it will fix most head gasket issues. thinking of one particular job i used it on, a taxi approaching the end of it life, that bad it came in with a misfire, poured that stuff in the old boy got another 10k out of it before he retired. good shit when used properly.

  20. i mind a product that came out in the early eighty's when lead free was becoming the norm. it was a string of large lead beads that looked like eh... never mind.
you put it in your fuel tank and was allegedly supposed to alleviate issues with engines not designed to run lead free. did it look like it should of worked? nah.
