i bought a carbon cover for the tank protector on my 749. wasn't the best of fits, put it on to see if it looked ok and if i liked it! turns out it has started to pull the actual protector off of the tank. i now need to remove it clean it and restick it minus the carbon cover as ive decided i dont like it. what can i use to clean the old sticky stuff off the tank without hurting the paint? also the stickies on it seem to be specific shapes not just random, do Ducati stock these?
