I am having problems . If I use tapatalk to go to menu ie lounge then post in a thread it will not post. It then says duplicate post or would I like to save draft. Error coming up. I can post if topic comes up on the chronological list. But I can't go through the main menu and post without error coming up? Reinstall tapatalk app maybe .
Mind you my silence is probably bliss ... If this goes through then mobile version of forum works .. Dam gremlins!.
I was advised by my friend NOT to update to 6 as it's causing all sorts of problems and to wait till they have been sorted out. Don't ask me what they are
They say that with each apple upgrade So far so good my phones loads faster but yup that's probably the reason!
I think the main thing people arn't happy with are the loss of goggle maps as the apple maps equivalent is somewhat behind that of google, oh and YouTube has gone, but you can get an app from the app store. Lots of wifi issues being reported, battery problems again (this turns up every 'upgrade' and Push Email not working for some. I normally stay one OS behind the latest, to avoid such problems and also some of my idevices are 'modified' and I definitely don't want to loose that.
Up at ios6 with no probs as yet on iPhone 4S and iPad 2 (although prior to, and since, the phone will randomly shut down - will send back for replacement when I get hold of our IT dept). after the iOS upgrade, loads of apps have been following and upgrading to lose glitches. i daren't customise the os, as I am not smart enough to either do it without worry, or know how to sort it should I make an almighty cock-up of any mods!
iOS 6 on my iPhone 4S and iPad2 without any issues, same as with every previous iOS update. I really don't understand why some people have so many issues when they upgrade. Oh and this was posted via Tapatalk through the menu route.
I've not got Tapatalk - is it a better way to use the forum? I use an old fashioned lap-top most of the time, but also use my iphone 4s sometimes.
