Could anyone provide a recommendation for someone who could pull / repair the dent in this downpipe? I’d also like the full system (rest not shown in pics) cleaned up if possible. FYI it’s the 50mm version if that is of any use & whilst I could probably find someone via google, it wouldn’t from a recommendation…
You could always approach a reputable bodyshop. They would likely tack weld a pin to the area and use a hydraulic tool to then pull it out. The pin is then cut off and the area polished smooth. I would be tempted to have the exhaust satin polished (more like a brushed aluminium finish) easier to maintain and looks a lot better than a polished system (especially after a few heat cycles and road dust and grime has been thrown at it. I had mine done at ProTwins for my 998S and S4RS some years back.
