The EU isn't working very well, those in power seem to think that the solution is more of the same rather than a complete reevaluation of the what the EU should be. It is highly unlikely that David Cameron will get any meaningful concessions, therefore on balance I will be voting to Leave. What do you think ?
I would not like to say, cannot make my mind up as there is so little information on how it will effect us if we leave, and what info there is, is a lot of hear say, and guess work, at the same time we need changes if we stay, and as you say we are not going to get many if any.
It's pretty funny the way extreme right wing people oppose the EU on the grounds that it's a capitalist plot, and extreme left wing people oppose the EU on the grounds that it's a socialist plot.
Ever greater political and economic union is at the heart of the EU, loss of sovereignty is inevitable if we remain. The analogy with the USSR is, I think, a good one. Those at the centre of the EU are not elected, they are appointed, the democratic deficit is enormous.
Err so now there is a poll, errrr "I don't know" so cannot vote wonder if people sitting on fence is higher than yes's and No's
is there parts of the uk more dependent on the eu than others? Scotland farming and fishing for instance
Wouldn't the fishing industry benefit though? With no EU quotas and any EU registered boat having the right to fish UK waters? Excuse me if I'm wrong. It's not something I know much about.
